François Bissonnette

François is the founder of REALTA. A real estate broker since 1995, he has successfully completed every stage of his career.

From simple agent to licensed broker, he was one of the first to create his own team within RE/MAX before founding REALTA. It was his modern outlook on the industry that led him to found the company and surround himself with a team of brokers in his image: committed, competent and human. A man of action and vision, François is a recognized and respected leader in his profession.

A member of the Board of Directors of the Greater Montréal Real Estate Board for some ten years, he then accepted the presidency. He also chaired the board of the Collège de l’immobilier.

He has also distinguished himself through his commitment to raising the profile of the real estate brokerage profession. His career has been marked by numerous prestigious awards and recognitions. Interestingly, François is also an outstanding cook!

Anne-Marie Martino

A born entrepreneur, Anne-Marie started her own wholesale fashion agency at the age of 20. For over 15 years, she was associated with a prolific Montreal designer.

She subsequently managed sales teams for international fashion companies. A real estate broker since 2002, Anne-Marie joined François Bissonnette’s team at RE/MAX before helping to found REALTA in 2008.

Her career path has focused on sales, marketing and high-level customer service. Highly appreciated by her peers and customers alike, she excels in developing sales and marketing strategies. A universal resource, facilitator and source of inspiration, she personifies the agency’s values with enthusiasm and conviction. Always available, her energy is inexhaustible.

Her secret passion? Leafing through the dictionary, simply for the love of words…

Dominique Chatel

Organized and disciplined, she doesn’t like things to drag on! She’s Ms Performance. And not just in business. She also works out every day: at the gym, jogging, spinning… But when she’s not working, she’ll dive into a good book or catch up on TV.

A real estate broker since 2002 and an ally of François Bissonnette since then, Dominique was part of REALTA’s initial team. Year after year, she ranks among the elite of her profession for the efficiency and quality of her service in all the territories served by REALTA. A native of Outremont and deeply involved in her community, her vast network of contacts puts her at the cutting edge of the market.

Before making the leap into real estate brokerage, Dominique worked for over fifteen years for major real estate companies such as Cadillac Fairview Corporation, Ivanhoe and Groupe Alexis-Nihon, notably as director of shopping center operations and marketing manager. She holds a degree in business administration from York University in Toronto.

Michel Delorme

His definition of a broker? Someone who achieves fulfillment by enabling others to realize their dreams. Challenges stimulate him. Professional and otherwise. Doesn’t he hold an airplane pilot’s license? An innate need to always go the extra mile.

Michel became a real estate broker in 2017 and quickly opted for REALTA.

A seasoned professional, he first made his mark in the printing industry. In his early twenties, he took over the family business and demonstrated creativity and leadership in developing a new customer base. Wanting to take on a new challenge, he then chose real estate brokerage. He enjoys fulfilling himself by helping others realize their dreams.

An outstanding sportsman (he has excelled in a dozen sports) and socially committed (notably as a volunteer with a team of young skiers), he applies the values he has learned in competition to his new profession: teamwork, perseverance and the will to excel.

Rola Zakaria

Mediterranean by birth, Outremontaise at heart: Rola personifies this global belonging that characterizes modern society. Professionally too, but with Montreal as her home base. Think globally, act locally.

Rola joined REALTA in 2018 upon completion of her real estate broker training. Why REALTA? “I used to walk past the agency every day. I went in to say hello. I loved the welcome, the atmosphere, the people. I thought my customers would like it too.” Simple as that. She brings to the agency nearly 30 years of international business experience as vice-president of sourcing and production for her family’s import business. A seasoned negotiator, she managed logistics and ensured quality control with suppliers. When the company was sold in 2014, she took a course in interior design at a British university and went into business for herself. She misses the sales side of things, as well as the contact with people. From interior design to real estate brokerage, the step is quickly taken. It’s this wealth of experience and expertise that she now brings to REALTA customers.

After some twenty years working on her own for the Remax banner, Isabelle changed direction and joined the François Bissonnette team, bringing her expertise, her extensive knowledge and her desire to join a group of brokers who share the same values.

Her wealth of professional experience and her ability to understand her customers’ needs, combined with her commitment, sincerity and good humor, make her a generous broker entirely dedicated to fulfilling her customers’ dreams.

Before becoming a broker, Isabelle worked in the advertising and film industries. From these demanding environments, she retains all the meaning of the expression, working hard to achieve results.

Isabelle sits on the board of directors of an association of citizens who care about the environmental, economic, cultural and social issues in their community.

She loves architecture, cinema, music and, of course, the pleasures of the table.

Judy Bernier

With a thirst for learning, a passion for real estate and a desire to excel in her field, Judy joined the François Bissonnette team as a real estate broker.

She stands out for her contagious optimism and her professional, elegant approach, qualities that are a perfect match for the business world. A woman of routines, Judy plans her days carefully to maximize productivity and get the most out of them. This organized approach enables her to work efficiently and with meticulous attention to detail.

A lover of food and the art of dining, she’s always on the lookout for new restaurants to discover. And if summer is her favorite season, it’s not just for the culinary pleasures it offers. In fact, she loves hiking, weekends at the cottage and the general good mood that prevails at this time of year.
